An Endless Summer® hydrangea prefers well-drained, moist soil, but not wet – overwatering can cause your hydrangea to produce fewer flowers.
In cold climates, hydrangeas should be protected against freezing temperatures by placing up to 30 cm of mulch or leaves around the base. Hydrangeas in containers should be brought into your garage and watered occasionally throughout the winter.
It is best to fertilise your hydrangea in spring or early summer. A slow-release fertiliser is recommended.
